Industry Leading 30 Day Return Policy
All like-new (uninstalled in original packaging) merchandise may be returned for a refund to the original form of payment less our shipping and handling within 30 days of pickup or delivery. All returns must be in as-new condition, properly packaged in original packaging with all parts and manuals also properly packaged in original condition. If a returned item is determined not to be in “like-new” condition, it will be subject to additional fees being deducted from the credit or the credit may be denied completely. Defective & Damaged Items
Customer agrees to inspect all products within 24 hours, if any items are damaged or missing parts please visit our Parts Request Form. Damaged items will be replaced at no charge upon proper notification within 7 days of receipt of items. The manufacturer will send replacement parts directly to you or we will arrange for an in store exchange if necessary. *Please note we may request you to send us a picture of the damaged / defective item. If damaged or missing parts are reported after 7 days customer responsible for all manufacturer costs for replacement parts including shipping and handling.
Items NOT Eligible For ReturnsRecessed lighting, under cabinet lighting, track lighting and landscape lighting including all components or accessories are all NOT eligible for return or exchange. Previously installed or modified fixtures are not eligible return.
No Cancellations Allowed
Once we receive your order it is processed immediately, this means that no changes or cancellations can be accepted. To start our return process please fill out an RMA Request Form.
Shipping & Handling
All online special order items are free ship-to-home from the factory, IN-STOCK and SALE ITEMS include free curbside pickup. Oversize freight items are not eligible for free ship-to-home, if there is an additional shipping charge you will be notified and payment can be collected by phone or you may request to cancel the order. UPS charges where applicable are additional, you will be contacted with any UPS charges to pay by phone.
Large Orders, Custom Orders
Due to the nature of lighting some items can not be shipped UPS or FedEx ground. In this instance common carrier truckers are a dependable and economical way to deliver your product in two to three weeks. Deliveries are made Mon. – Fri. daytime hours to curbside or driveway only. If you need lift gate or other special delivery services,contact us at email@example.com or 781-281-9581. A representative from the common carrier trucking company will contact you to arrange a delivery appointment. Extra charges may apply to common carrier truck shipments and you will be notified of these prior to sipping. Commercial/Contractor/Large Job orders over $2,500, or more than six units are subject to a 50% restocking fee if returned for any reason other than manufacturing defect. We recommend ordering a sample product prior to placing your main order if you are unfamiliar with the product. We reserve the right to change or modify this clause on a case by case basis.

This guarantee does not cover breakage or malfunctions, caused by mishandling or use of the product in ways other than specified by the manufacturer. Light bulbs included with product are supplied by the manufacturer for testing purposes only and are not covered by any guarantee or warranty. Unless specifically noted, the lighting, furniture and other products sold are for residential use only, and is not designed, manufactured, or recommended for use in a commercial or non-residential setting.
After our 30 day guarantee has expired, all warranties, expressed or implied, are directed to the manufacturer.
Please retain a copy of your sales receipt, as well as any warranty information provided by the manufacturer in the original packaging.
