At Light'n Leisure we offer you Brand name lighting and ceiling fans at great prices. In that light (no pun intended) we ship most
items free. *Sales tax is only charged to orders being shipped to Massachusetts.
Shipping and Handling
We can only ship to the 48 US contiguous states.
We pay the shipping on all orders over $100.00 that can be shipped standard
UPS or FEDEX ground. "Over size" and common carrier truck shipments may incur an additional shipping charge. You will be notified of
any additional charges prior to the shipment of your order. Shipping charges incurred due to incorrect address, zip code, or the
refusal of an item will be charged back to the customer. We can not ship to PO Box locations.
Replace a Defective Item
We work very hard to insure we only ship to you merchandise that is constructed and packaged to the highest quality industry standards.
All items are first run brand names shipped factory packed. However in rare cases there may be damage during transit or a manufacturing
defect so please inspect all items upon receipt. In the event there is a damage please contact us at

or 978-762-7510 within 10 days of receipt of your order. Provide us with your name, date of
receipt and order number. If the merchandise has been visibly damaged in transit please note the damage when signing for the receipt of
the product or report the damage to the carrier with-in 24 hours of receipt.
Return an Item
In order for us to be able to give the best prices on the best brands in lighting and ceiling fans, we can not issue refunds. If for any
reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us with in 30 days of receipt for a merchandise
credit or a Light'n Leisure gift card. All special orders will have a 20% re-stock fee*. All items must be shipped back pre-paid
and insured to our distribution center, packed with the original packaging, in the original carton. Contact us at

or 978-762-7510 to receive an RMA (return merchandise authorization). Items returned to us
without an RMA will not be accepted. Write the RMA on a blank piece of paper and attach it securely to the outside of the carton.
Complete the returns form and pack it inside the carton. We will issue a merchandise credit or Light n Leisure gift card for the original
purchase price*. Due to circumstances beyond our control certain items are a final sale and can not be returned. Please see the list
of final sale items. We will not accept or authorize a return for merchandise that has been installed, altered, or used in any way.
Cancellations and Changes
We understand the need for cancellations and changes to your order. Please contact us at

or 978-762-7510. We will make every effort to handle these with the same speed and efficiency
as we handled your original order. Please understand that once your order has been shipped or is in the process of shipping from one of
our suppliers it can not be cancelled. Please do not refuse delivery of the item. In order for us to process your return properly please
follow the procedures to return an item.

In order to offer the best prices on lighting and ceiling fans we offer MC and Visa as the only accepted forms of payment. All items that
will be available for shipment to you within thirty days of date of purchase will be charged to your credit card at time of purchase. All
special orders will be charged a non-refundable 50% deposit at time of purchase with the balance to be billed when the merchandise has
become available for shipment with-in 30 days. Upon inspection of returned goods a merchandise credit or Light'n Leisure gift card will be
issued.
Delivery Information
In order to offer practically the entire universe of brand name lighting and ceiling fans we ship from multiple distribution centers.
Orders for multiple items placed at the same time might arrive at different times. We ship all orders as quickly and efficiently as
possible. After credit approval most orders are shipped with-in three business days and will arrive from 1 to 10 business days after
shipment depending on your location.
Custom Freight Options
Due to the nature of lighting some items can not be shipped UPS or Fedx ground. In this instance common carrier truckers are a dependable
and economical way to deliver your product in 2 - 3 weeks. Deliveries are made Mon. - Fri. daytime hours to curbside or driveway only. If

arrange a delivery appointment. Extra charges may apply to common carrier truck shipments and you will be notified of these prior to
shipping. Express delivery is available on most items; contact us for the details of availability and price.
